To make this card I've used design by Susan Lawn "Happy birthday". I wanted a nice shimmer on my card, so i printed it on pearlescent card. For background, I used some bamboo and flower stencils and distress ink pads.
To tie it all up, I used blue marker to color white edges of the cut out designs and make it stand out on pink back ground.
