DD FUNNY FEMALE BIRTHDAY A4 166Completed by Margarette Blakeborough

I resized to a 7x5 card and printed on matte card. I printed copies of the lady and used these to give me decoupage layers, first the lady then just the face and the hand and glass.

I gave some highlights with glitter paint and a tiny gem on the ear before printing an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper too finish.
