Bright & Blue Card front
Print onto 200GSM cardstock or photopaper. Attach main card front to blank card with glue or DST. cut out decoupage layer and use 3D foam to stick on card front.
Choose sentiment and you are all finished :)

Printed on matte card, added the lattice border then wet glued to a white base card. I used foam squares to add the decoupage and sentiment, periwinkle glitter on the side borders, diamond frame and sentiment then finishedwith the tiny pearls on the lattice.
I was very happy with this end result. I remade this design and resized.
