Blow and make a wishCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on glossy photo paper and cut out the two piece of decoupage and mounted these using foam pads. I the decorated the edges with purple and yellow glitter to tone in with the colours on the card using 3mm double sided tape. I attached a piece of purple card to the centre of a cream card blank and mounted the picture using double sided tape.

This is a really sweet card which would be appreciated by females across a whole range of ages.
