A very cute way to present a card with such universal appeal.

I printed the sheet, provided twice, each onto 200gsm white card. I backed the inside of the gates using red power tape, with the gates from the second sheet. Using a pale brown fine marker, I edged the sides. I cut out the blue bird and the dish from this same second copy, and used padded tape to attach this to the other complete copy.

I attached the gates to the back of the full copy, with the fold section supplied, and, I used an extra length of the picture frame from the second copy to attach to the bottom of the frame before attaching the sentiment with padded tape.

I used padded dots and tape to add the small elements provided

I punched a small hole in the picket provided with the sentiment and tied a narrow ribbon and bow, and used power tape to attach this to the left front gate.

I made a backing sheet in a textured finished brown card 11.5 x 11.5cm, and then made an easel style opening, card, in an ivory textured card, 13 x 13 cm. This I trimmed with gold peel-off strips. I used the 2 copies of the bow element supplied to give the finish a more dimensional look.

Thank you Tracey, this is indeed a most useful card to have purchased. So easy to make and the finish is delightful.

I have now added the insert description and photograph as well. I do like to make the maximum use of any purchase I choose, and this design was ideal for this purpose.

I printed off a slightly smaller version of the sheet onto good quality copy paper, and cut out the elements.

I used and ivory gentle berries on branches background, 25cm x 12.5cm, and used double sided tape to attach it either side of the centre fold. Before attaching the elements, I used a pencil to draw the lines, 1cm apart, and 8.5cm wide, then attached the gates, and a strip of red sparkle sprinkled print, to cover each of the white fold back strips of the gate. I also attached the bow. For the top part of the page, I used the complete smaller version of the main art work.
