I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a black matt and built up the decoupage using foam pads. I then mounted the completed topper on a decorated easel card, then I added a small amount of glitter.

This is a lovely design and looks stunning made up.
