I printed on matte card, printing 3 copies of picture. I added to a matching a base card then used the other prints to give decoupage first the tag with flowers then the flowers and lastly the single center flower.
I used glitter paint to give some highlights then printed a matching insert and envelope on 100gsm paper to complete.
