Pink Dress Floral Lady Topper 3Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the images on one page, roughly A5. I matted the base image onto bright pink glitter card. I cut round the lady, border and base flowers and using large foam pads and 3D glue gel i decoupaged it onto the base image.

I added Pinflair glitter wand on the flowers, butterflies & a little on the lady's jewellery. a gorgeous image to work with.
