Lady in blue - birthdayCompleted by Handmade by Diane

Beautiful blue hues on this card which shows a lady wearing glasses which makes it an unusual but special card. I printed the image onto glossy photo paper and layered it with coordinating backing paper, adding the decoupage with sticky foam pads. I enhanced the blue jewels with embossing glue.

The 2nd card was made using the insert picture which I enhanced with gold glitter glue. I used coordinating ribbon and a blue ribbon flower to finish off the design.
