The card image, flowers and sentiment were printed on cream card stock. The "painting" of the Italian landscape was cut out from the frame. I then printed the card image again on photographic paper and cut out just the "painting".

Using dimensional foam adhesive pads, I layered the "painting" behind the frame and the flowers on top with the sentiment.
