Printed on cardstock, two times at 5x7. Cut out the main image for the base topper, then cut out the green and gold scrolled area of the second copy.
I cut out the center motif creating a frame for the main image.
I cut out portions of the peonies to decoupage giving more depth. I added the frame and peony decoupage onto the main image using silicone glue. I attached the finished topper onto a card blank using double sided tape.
