Iris Butterfly Stained GlassCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I decided to make two cards, so I printed this sheet twice on photo paper, and once mirrored onto acetate.

I stuck the acetate sheet over one of the photo print with spray glue and left it to dry.

I cut out both sheets out and made the cards together, both on A5 card blanks. The acetate print was mounted on silver holographic card and then onto black, and on purple and black card for the plain print.

I added washi tape to the plain print and added both the text plates at the bottom.

I used 1mm foam pads on both card for the decoupage, and 2mm under the butterfly wings. The acetate over the photo print makes it look more like stained glass, and I love this effect. When the glue is dry, you can treat it just like thick paper.
