Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a pretty white scalloped edged card. Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage. I stuck a small amount of Foam Pad in the middle of the Butterfly and lifted the wings. A Beautiful Design.
