Reduced the size slightly and printed on matte photo paper. Covered a card with dark blue paper, attached the topper with dst and layered the circle and sentiment with foam pads for dimension.

Finished with white peel-off borders.

A very quick card, suitable for almost any occasion--love the blue and white design!
