Black Diamond Oval Mat With Colorful FloralCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionFloral / Floral
Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a White scalloped edge card. I used foam pads to add the Decoupage.I sprinkled Crystal Glitter on the Rose petals, and randomly stuck cute little Crystals around the Topper.
