BELATED BIRTHDAY WISHES - SOME GREAT SENTIMENTSCompleted by Joyce Perkins

I printed this sheet out on heavy matte photo paper. I cut out the topper and two of the sentiments and then for the decoupage strip instead of cutting it on the straight lines that were drawn, I cut around the edges of the lace, so it was scalloped.

I added clear bling dots to the center of the flowers on the lace strip. I use double stick taped to mount the card topper to a self-made card base. I use foam sticky pads to attach the sentiments and the lace strip. This is a lovely card that’s perfect for when you need to send a belated birthday card to someone.
