For this card, I printed the image sheet onto 220gsm white card stock and used a 7" x 7" white card blank.

To create the design, I first carefully cut out all of the images from the design sheet.

I then built up the scene by attaching the decoupage elements with foam pads, adding depth and dimension to the finished card.

Next, I cut a 16cm x 16cm square from black card stock and a 15.5cm x 15.5cm square from white card stock.

These were matted and layered together with the main image topper before being attached to the front of the card blank.

Finally, I added the sentiment using foam pads to give it extra prominence.

The second photograph shows the card from a different angle and highlights how the decoupage layers create a wonderful 3D effect, really bringing the design to life.
