Printed on to professional glossy paper. After carefully cutting out the design and decoupage I adhered the decoupage pieces using 3D foam pads.I then adhered the design on to some readily crafted backing paper I had previously created using my own mediums and faux gems.Once complete I adhered to some high quality card stock using Dss tape .
