Printed onto matte copy paper and cut out. Got a 8 x8 scalloped card, and put a foil card on with DST then added the picture and decoupage with foam pads.
Then put glue glitter on some of the detail in the picture, added gemstones to the right side and a sparkly gemstone on her necklace.
And finally put beads around the picture to frame.
