I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the figure from one and decoupaged it onto the other copy.

I matted it onto a blue card and outlined it with silver peel-offs. Then I added a border, corners and flourishes using more silver peel-offs.

To finish I adhered a few faux blue gems. This lovely image could be used for a number of different occasions.
