Moonlight FaeCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto blue holo card, added a blue feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I cut out the main image from the 2nd sheet and used 3D glue gel to decoupage it to the base image.

I used star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
