Firstly I selected a white A5 card. Then I cut out the card front and attached it to the card with DS tape. I then cut out all the decoupage pieces and attached them to the card using foam sticky pads.
I finished the card with adhesive ribbon down the sides of the card and little blue bows in each corner.
Then a touch of glitter was added.
