I printed onto 230gsm photo paper with a fantasy 2 background Then printed another fantasy2 background onto a thinner photo paper and stuck the two together.

I measured out the stepper design to fit the picture and added the other fairies .

I hung the two flying fairies on some nylon thread from the top and finished off with some glitter glue and sentiments I made.
