I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the figure from one and decoupaged it onto the other copy.

Onto a white square card I layered a rectangle of embossed deep blue shimmer paper to one side, then attached the image partially over it, as shown.

I added silver peel-off stars and a border around the blue paper. Finally I sprinkled a few gems here and there to complete the card. This is a beautiful image for fantasy lovers; useful for many occasions.
