I printed the design onto good quality 260gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I added the topper to the front of the card using double sided tape.
I added the decoupage using thin foam tape and some glitter to her dress and hair to complement this beautiful design.
