I printed this file onto matte photographic paper. I matted the base image onto gold card and fixed to a white card blank. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue. I applied light glitter using a glitter pen to the gem stoned and then covered with Glossy Accents.

I also added Glossy Accents to the berries and studs, lastly I applied glitter to the snowy areas. This is a lovely vintage looking image that is enhanced by the decoupage and the pearl frame.
