Used an A5 white card. Glued 6mm gold pearls on the opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under the middle cup to make it stand out. Added crystal glitter glue highlights on the whipped cream. Attached 4mm black gemstones on the notes.
Attached the matching insert and motifs with d/S tape.
