I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the fur on the Teddy’s hat to complete this gorgeous card.
