Printed on photo paper twice. Put main sheet down on pale blue background. From 2nd sheet I cut out snow flakes, greeting and little girl w/teddy bear and put down with foam pads.
I used crystal gel pen to highlight with. How cute is that? I think it's very sweet.

I printed this out twice. One I resized to make a 5 x 7 card and from the second I cut out the elements I wanted for decoupage.
These I added with silicone glue.
To finish I added some glitter to the snowflake and to the centre of the stars I added small adhesive gems
