Print 3 or 4 copies, depending on how much decoupage you want. I changed the greeting before printing but could have stuck a greeting panel over the original. Stick image to card and cut out bow+inner square, then just bear figure and finally just foreground decorations/boxes and hat band+bow.

Border with silver peel-offs and use silver glitter glue on whiter parts. Add clear gem to bow.
