Print twice. Attach 1 to a card front. Cut out the border and topper from 2nd peice.. I added a pretty silver border to the topper and fixed to main picture using foam pads. Attach a tag to the ribbon and fix with a white snowflake and icy blu gem.

Add another snowflake and gem to buckle.
