Cute Christmas snowman Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver holly peel-offs down outer edge of card and crystal glitter glue to flower centres .

A cute cheery design.
