FIRST CHRISTMAS WISHES 8X8 GIRLCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attached the Topper to a white scalloped edge card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. I put crystal glitter on the flowers.

I cut a length of pink ribbon, and threaded the ribbon from inside the edge of the card to the front where I tied a Bow in the middle of the card.
