I reduced the picture to fit onto an A5 card. I attached blue ribbon onto the card then adhered the picture onto silver mirror card using double sided tape. I then stuck this onto the card using foam pads.
I added crystal Stickles to the snowflakes and ribbon on the picture and two blue bows with a gem each.
In the top right hand corner I placed a white snowflake peel off and blue gems.
