Printed design on to glossy photo paper, cut pieces out and used a 6x6 card blank. I'd cut a piece of metallic red card for the front then placed a die cut panel on top before putting the main image on with foam tape.

Other pieces were adhered with foam pads, used flat back gems, stickles crystal to add sparkle and a sentiment tag.
