I printed on matte card twice, from the second print I cut out the sentiment and flags and the center picture and using foam squares I added as the first layers of decoupage.

I highlight with gold glitter glue with a paint brush on the sentiment, ropes and stitching and used blue crystal drops on the blue polka dots.

I printed an insert and matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to coimolete.
