Cute Little Penguin with Teacup in Star Frame A4Completed by Carolyn Norris

I resized the sheet to make a 5X7 card. Print on good quality cardstock twice, in order to have some elements for decoupage. I cut extra bows, penguin, & chocolate. Assemble the decoupage elements to the card front then glue the card front to a white 5X7 cardbase.

The card is cute without the decoupage so it could be as simple as print, cut, and glue. A whimsical card to share with a friend or little girl.
