i printed this one off onto glossy paper cut pieces out stuck the base onto a sea blue blank card using double sided tape, stuck the decoupage on with sticky fixers to finish off i put some sparkle on the flowers and the lady i used pale blue liquid pearls for the corners and down the fold side i put dots of liquid pearls.
