Red Basque with Santa Hat on Gold Scalloped EnvelopeCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I matted the base layer onto red embossed self adhesive paper then onto gold mirror card, I attached a red feather and mounted the whole thing onto a black card blank.

I decoupaged the layers and the flap and put some Pinflair glitter wand to the snowflakes, hat, basque, greeting and glass.
