I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and cut to shape. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment to finish. A gorgeous design.

I enlarged the sentiment before printing twice on matte card, cut away the outer border from the second print of picture and sentiment then used foam squares to add to a matching base card.
I used a blend of copper and gold glitter on the edges of the pictures, and the sentiments and on the two stripes on the base card and finished with a gold ribbon bow.
