I PRINTED THIS TOPPER ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I WANTED A DIFFERNT BACKGROUND SO I GLUED CARD STOCK IN PLACE OF IT. THEN I GLUED THE PICTURE ON TOP OF THAT THEN THE WHOLE THING ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. I USED ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
I ALSO MATTED THE WHOLE THING WITH TEAL METTALIC PAPER.
