This little fellow is so cute. I printed onto a med weight card stock and matted onto a blue card stock to pick up the blue in the card.

I layered all the pieces using foam pads. Quick and easy to make. The pieces are easy to cut out.

I really think he pops on the page because its more then 3 layers of decoupage. Love it.
