Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass . . . It's about learning to dance in the rain.
A card front in A4 size which you may use or re-size as you wish, and print extra copies to make decoupage elements.
A cute little girl waiting for the storm to pass. Add glitter on the raindrops and embellish for extra effect.

I printed the image out A5 size. Using a blue pearlised A5 card blank, I cut out an aperture from the front and then using foam tape, acetate and blue sequins I built up a shaker card.
I put a silver peel off around the edge of the aperture and silver corner peel offs in each corner of the card front.
I finished by tying a length of varieted blue fibre around the spine. This is a lovely sentiment and a fun image.
