I used a 5x7 black card, added a layer of blue card and then a layer of black card with a spotty background paper torn and glued to one corner and a piece of blue glitter ribbon across the bottom.

I printed the image onto silk paper, cut it out with a die, inked the edges and glued it to a piece of blue card also cut with a die, then attachex it to the card with silicone tape to raise it.

I added some gems and a sentiment.
