I printed out the sheet onto photo paper & mounted the base image onto silver matt card, I use foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in blue glitter card, I added a feather to the base card.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used stickles glitter glue & white peel off greetings to embellish.
