I printed the sheet onto photo paper, I matted the base image onto silver glitter card & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a rainbow mirri card, i added a feather to the base card.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used stlicles glitter glue to embellish.
