Dino Birthday Topper 1Completed by Eunice Roberts

I typed "Happy Birthday" on this file and printed it out twice, once on regular paper and once on decoupage paper.

I cut out the regular card piece and stuck it on to card stock.

I then cut out the dinosaur from the decoupage paper and stuck it on the card with sticky tabs.
