BIRTHDAY TIME FOR GIRLS AND BOYS Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted it onto blue holographic mirror card and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with foam pads and embellished with a die cut butterfly and sunflower, cupcake, print greeting and used stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
