Printed out 2 to the page and cut out the first piece and attached to the main card using d/s tape.
I then cut just the car, teddies and balloons out of the second piece and attached to the card using foam pads.
I then added a silver peeloff border and sentiment. To finish off the card I added the matching insert (cup 243646_659) to make the card more special.
