Sweet Treats Birthday TopperCompleted by Julie Mansell

What a CUTE & EASY card to make.

I simply printed the file on heavy cardstock and adhered to my card base.

To add my own personal touch and a bit of bling, I highlighted some elements in the file using glitter pens.
